Evon Vernon Luxury Hair Collection Refund Policy. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below:

Returns-All Sales Are Final

Due to the hygienic nature and high demand of our luxury hair products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Return Eligibility for Store Credit

We understand that issues may arise. To accommodate our valued customers, we offer store credit for eligible returns that meet the following criteria:

1️⃣ Return Request Window: All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt to qualify for store credit. Late requests will not be accepted.

2️⃣ Product Condition: The item must be returned in its original, unused, and resellable condition, meaning:

Hair must not be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way.

Original packaging & ties must remain intact.

Lace products (lace wigs, closures, and frontals) are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements.

3️⃣ Shipping for Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service with signature confirmation to protect your return.

💡 Return Processing: Once we receive the item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will issue a store credit that can be used toward future purchases. Store credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed as cash.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Used or altered products (e.g., wefts cut, lace plucked, lace cut, lace bleached, hair dyed, etc.)

Custom-made wigs & special orders

Clearance & sale items

Products returned in non-resellable condition

📢 Important: If a returned product is not eligible, it will be sent back to the customer at our expense.

📦 Return to Sender Shipments

Signature confirmation is required on all orders. If a package is returned to us due to missed delivery attempts or an incorrect shipping address, a $35 restocking fee will apply.

Customers are responsible for the cost of re-shipping if the package is returned due to an incorrect address entry.
