Processing Time

Standard Orders: Processing begins immediately after an order is submitted and takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom Wigs & Special Orders: May require 5-10 business days for production before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – Flat rate shipping available for all U.S. orders.

Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days) – Available for an additional fee at checkout.

International Shipping (7-14 business days) – Available for select countries (customs processing may cause additional delays).

🚚 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to reflect movement.

💡 Important Notes:

Orders cannot be modified once submitted (including changes to shipping addresses, products, or cancellations).

All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt. If delivery is missed after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us and a $35 restocking fee will apply.
