Standard Orders: Processing begins immediately after an order is submitted and takes 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom Wigs & Special Orders: May require 5-10 business days for production before shipping.

Products in unused condition can be returned within seven days of purchase. Returned products must be unused with product tags attached to qualify for a return.
